![]() ![]() The management listen and make changes accordingly, don't be afraid to speak to them whilst you're there, they want you to have the best holiday. Can this place get any better, I don't see how, but it will. This was my 7th stay at Hemera, it has changed so much in the 6 years I've been visiting, every time I return I'm amazed at the improvements. ![]() □ I've seen some negative comments recently regarding management, and I have to disagree with them, the management team keep an eye on everything, they distribute and redistribute staff/stock etc as required, ensuring every part of your holiday runs smoothly. I sat most evenings at the beach bar watching the entertainment, but also watching the bar staff, they literally never stopped, dancing about shaking up cocktails with huge smiles □, the waiting staff including the 2 Emrah's were literally running about all evening. Drinks are amazing, and very often a work of art, I tended to stick to wine/prosecco, and then Pink Gordon's with tonic, the latter were always amazing, the staff certainly know how to make a drink here, and specialise in keeping you topped up. Oh and the patisserie is also available from 10am to 6pm. Lunch options are excellent, main buffet, beach buffet and a la carte, olive a la carte and the burger bar, I was most impressed to find that I could actually have a burger gluten free, thanks Cuneyt for the info and also for serving me so well there and at Akdeniz. I'd also highly recommend the Mizuhi sushi pub, available at an extra cost. If you get a chance to try them all then please do so. I didn't have a favourite a la carte restaurant, but can say that I received amazing service at all of them, I was quickly brought gluten free bread (I tried at least 6 different gf breads) and was made aware alternative options such as gf pasta etc. All of the menus show allergens as does all of the buffet food, and if you're ever unsure show your paperwork and ask, I had absolutely no issues at all and would therefore recommend this hotel to anyone with food allergies, especially gluten (coeliac). On arrival I completed an allergen form with guest relations, unfortunately for me I cannot eat gluten, and was able to show this to all staff, and all of my a la carte bookings were marked to show this. □ I ate at all of the restaurants during my stay. I based myself at the 16+ pool each day, Muhsin looked after everyone's drinks requirements there, this guy, as with all Barut staff, works tirelessly to keep everyone hydrated and happy, he very quickly learned everyone's favourite drinks, he'd be out at 10am with my iced coffee, then coke zero, prosecco and later in the day pink Gordon's and tonic, he's an absolute superstar. My balcony faced the sunset and Olive restaurant, I loved sitting out there before heading out for the evening. I stayed for the first 2 weeks of May in a side sea view deluxe room, which was amazing.
